If inquiring about Lectures and/or Workshops, please read the Lectures and Workshops sections prior to sending your inquiry. Also, please include the title of the Lecture and/or Workshop you are interested in scheduling or are inquiring about.
If you would like to begin scheduling a book-signing, please explain in detail your terms of agreement and provide a few dates that you would be interested in booking, in case there is a conflict of schedules.
If you are inquiring about shipping costs to countries outside of the USA, please include your full mailing/shipping address to allow us to be as accurate as possible.
If you are inquiring about an order you have already placed, please include the PayPal transaction number provided at the time you placed your order. Without this we are not able to assist you in your inquiry.
